Listing your space on Parkingnb is straightforward. Once you join the host waitlist, you will receive a link to complete your host profile. You will provide your parking location, describe the space type (covered or uncovered, basement or surface), set your monthly asking price, add photos, and specify access instructions. The process is designed to be completed on a mobile device in a few minutes.
Yes. You have full control over your monthly asking price. Parkingnb provides illustrative market data for reference, but the price you set is entirely your decision. You can update your price at any time from your host dashboard.
Yes. Your host dashboard includes a calendar tool that lets you block out dates or periods when your space is unavailable — for example, when you need the space yourself, during Ramadan, or over school holidays. Bookings cannot be made for blocked periods.
A strong listing includes: the exact location and closest landmarks, parking type (covered basement, open podium, surface lot, villa driveway), dimensions or vehicle size restrictions if applicable, access method (barrier remote, access card, manual gate), photos of the actual space, and any house rules. Clear, detailed listings attract more serious enquiries.
Both are supported. Covered parking (basement or shade structure) typically commands a higher monthly price, particularly in Dubai's summer months. Uncovered parking is also in demand, especially in lower-price areas or for guests with covered vehicles. You can specify the type clearly in your listing.
Yes. You can specify vehicle size restrictions in your listing — for example, standard sedan only, or no SUVs/trucks. If your space has overhead clearance restrictions or tight turning dimensions, you can note these so guests with oversized vehicles can filter themselves out before enquiring.
Yes. You can list multiple parking spaces under a single host account. This is particularly useful for owners of multiple apartment units, building managers, or businesses with several underutilised spaces. Each space gets its own listing, availability calendar, and pricing.
Access instructions are shared with confirmed guests through the Parkingnb platform. You can specify the access method in your listing (remote, access card, gate code, or manual coordination) and update instructions at any time. Sensitive access details are only shared after a booking is confirmed.
If your parking space requires a physical access device — such as a barrier remote, key fob, or access card — you can note this in your listing and specify any deposit requirements. Deposit and handover logistics are managed between you and the guest, and Parkingnb's platform supports documenting these arrangements.
Parkingnb is currently in the early-access phase, building the host and guest base ahead of launch. We're not publishing a specific launch date, but early-access members will be the first to receive updates and will have the opportunity to be among the first listings when the platform goes live.
Hosts who join the early-access list during the promotion period are eligible to receive AED 100 in Parkingnb launch credit. This credit is applied to your Parkingnb account and can be used against platform fees after launch. It is in-app credit only — not redeemable for cash — and is subject to the Promotion Terms available on this site. Full terms apply.
