Promotion Terms

1. Promoter

This promotion is operated and sponsored by Parkingnb (“the Promoter”). Parkingnb is an independent peer-to-peer private parking marketplace operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Parkingnb is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by RTA, Parkin, Parkonic, or the Dubai Government.

2. Promotion Description

Qualifying hosts and early-access drivers who register on the Parkingnb platform during the official promotional campaign period are eligible to receive AED 100 in promotional platform credit (“the Credit”).

3. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the promotional Credit, participants must satisfy the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally resident in the United Arab Emirates.
• Register a verified Parkingnb account with an active UAE phone number (+971) and verified email.
• Successfully list a verified parking space or complete an eligible booking verification.
• Limit of one (1) promotional credit redemption per verified individual and mobile number.
• The Promoter reserves the right to review and verify participant eligibility and identity documents prior to issuing credits.

4. Promotion Period

This promotion is effective from the official public platform launch date and remains active for the initial promotional launch phase or until formally concluded or modified by the Promoter. Notice of campaign completion will be posted on this page.

5. Credit Terms & Conditions

• The Credit is denominated as AED 100 in Parkingnb platform credits.
• No Cash Value: The Credit is strictly promotional, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or deposited to a bank account.
• Application: The Credit can be automatically applied against Parkingnb platform booking fees or qualifying host listing services upon checkout.
• Validity & Expiry: The promotional Credit remains valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issuance into the member's account. Unused credits after 90 days will expire automatically without compensation.

6. General Conditions & Abuse Prevention

• Any attempt to create multiple accounts, utilize automated scripts, or falsify identification to claim multiple credits will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice where required by legal, technical, or regulatory conditions.
• These Promotion Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
• These Promotion Terms supplement the Parkingnb Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
